area. Bestfield Properties was created in 2002 when G. Daniel Martelli,
Tony DiEgidio
and Dave Geiger
purchased a portfolio of residential and commercial properties to tap
into the growing real estate market in Wilmington.

over seventy apartment homes, 24-hour maintenance, and onsite
management. Other properties can be found on the outskirts of
the
