Securing the Unit
In order to take you desired unit off the market, you must submit a non refundable deposit.
Orientation
- We will lead you through the lease signing, including all pertinent documents such as the Landlord Tenant Code, lead safety information, smoke detector laws, etc.
- We will help you set up the utilities in your name.
- We strongly suggest that you obtain Renter's insurance. The owner's insurance does not cover your private property.
- We will meet with you on MOVE IN DAY to conduct and inspection of the unit and to collect the first month's rent.
