January 2007 Second Lease in Delfe Building Brings Location to 100% Occupied Tabatha Castro, P.A. moves her office to Trolley Square.
The Law Offices of Tabatha Castro signed a 5 year lease for 1426 N. Clayton Street on the corner of North Clayton Street and Delaware Avenue.
Tabatha, who has been operating from her home office, is scheduled to open her doors beginning March 1, 2007. As a real estate lawyer, Tabatha set out to find an office in Trolley Square because of it’s successful real estate market and superior location.

Eeffoc’s Cafe to Open New Location in the Heart of Trolley Square Riverfront favorite coffee cafe makes move to local hot spot.
Eeffoc’s Cafe signed a 5 year lease with Bestfield Properties for the first floor of the Delfe Building on the corner of Delaware Avenue and North Clayton Street. The company, which will continue to operate it’s stand at the Riverfront Market, is set to have their grand opening in early February.
Eeffoc’s Cafe will feature its famous Delaware roasted coffee, panini and deli sandwiches, breakfast foods, and fresh baked goods. The owners promise to “take time to help you make the most of your coffee experience” through their friendly staff, comforting atmosphere and tasty treats. Versalign Inc. signed a 3 year lease with Bestfield Properties for the first and second floors of 1719 Delaware Avenue in Trolley Square. The company is moving their operations to the area beginning in September 2006.
Versalign prides itself on delivering “effective, innovative technology and consultative solutions” for all types of business.

March 2006 A Better Way Ministries Signs Lease for Day Care Established daycare facility will be renovated for new day care center
A Better Way Ministries signed a 5 year lease with Bestfield Properties for approximately 8,300 square feet. The established daycare facility will be renovated to make way for new clients with enrollment beginning late summer.
A Better Way Ministries has years of experience with the day care industry and has one facility open in Bear, DE. The business is opening a facility in Wilmington in a saturated market but hopes to set higher standards for the industry.

December 2005 Doggie Playhouse Set to Open Doors for Dog Care and Boarding New business for growing trend in petcare
K & S Sandman Professional Services d/b/a The Doggie Playhouse signed a 3 year lease with Bestfield Properties for approximately 4,000 square feet of converted warehouse space.
The Doggie Playhouse features day care for dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds. Boarding facilities as well as a smaller room for puppies are also included in the new facility. Located in the Delaware Industrial Park, the Doggie Playhouse hopes to tap into the ever growing petcare industry.
This lease agreement is number four for the building. Eriksen, LLC was represented by Jill Fake of Bestfield Properties, LLC.

December 2005 J.C. Ehrlich Co. Moving to Delaware Industrial Park Ehrlich to open doors to new site mid-December 2005
J.C. Ehrlich Co. signed a 5-year lease agreement back in August with Bestfield Properties for offices and warehouse/storage space totaling 6,150 square feet.
Ehrlich, an eastern shore based company, has been recognized as a leader in pest control services and has been operating for the past 75 years. The new location features approximately 1,300 square feet of warehouse and over 4,800 square feet of office.
The lease agreement is the third for the building at 725 Dawson Drive. Eriksen, LLC was represented by Jill Fake of Bestfield Properties, LLC.

July 2005 Pete’s Garage Inc. Set to Move to Delaware Industrial Park Auto Mechanic expanding shop in 2005
Pete’s Garage signed a 5-year lease agreement with Bestfield Properties for 6,000 square feet.
Pete’s Garage, former tenants of 202 New Road in Elsmere, will move to 725 Dawson Drive in the Delaware Industrial Park in 2005. The space is driven by the need to accommodate the growing business.
This lease agreement is the second for the building. Eriksen, LLC was represented by Jill Fake of Bestfield Properties, LLC.

June 2005 Brandywine Valley Worship Ctr. Moving to Delaware Industrial Park Church scheduled to move in September, 2005
Brandywine Valley Worship Center, Inc. recently signed a 5-year lease agreement with Bestfield Properties, LLC for 9,400 square feet. Brandywine Valley Worship Center is scheduled to complete construction by September 1, 2005.
The Worship Center’s new location will be at 725 Dawson Drive in the Delaware Industrial Park in Newark Delaware. The location will feature multiple classrooms and a large sanctuary.
This lease agreement is the first for the building since the building was purchased in March 2005 by Eriksen, LLC. Tony Medori from Stoltz Realty Co. was the representative for all parties.

May 2005 Bestfield Properties to Manage New Property for Eriksen LLC New Entity Hires Bestfield Properties to Manage Industrial Building.
In mid-May, Eriksen LLC purchased 725 Dawson Drive in Newark, Delaware. Bestfield Properties has been hired to manage the property. The building, located in the Delaware Industrial Park off of Route 72, consists of 10,000 square feet of office and approximately 60,500 square feet warehouse.
Previously occupied by Flapdoodles, a children’s clothing manufacturer, Eriksen LLC plans to divide the building in to multiple users.

In early March 2005, Little Scholars Learning Center signed a 7-year lease agreement for a large day care center. Bestfield Properties, LLC is renovating the space with plans to open the day care center for an April grand opening.
Located at 2511 W. 4th Street in Wilmington, Little Scholars Learning Center will provide services for children aged 2 through 6 years old. The center features 5,000 Square Feet fit-out for several classrooms and play area. There is also plans for a fish tank to be present for the children to learn about pet care and for aesthetic purposes.
Jill Fake represented Bestfield Properties, LLC. This deal brings Hawley Plaza to 100% leased.
