Rent payments are due on the first day of each month.  Please make checks or money orders payable to Bestfield Properties, LLC.  Mail or deliver the payment to:

Please include you unit number on the memo line.  Remember that rent payments received after the 5th of the month, regardless of the date on the check, are subject to a late fee of 5% of your monthly rent.



All non-emerency maintenance requests must be made to the Property Manager at 302-633-6361X302.  Emergency situations, such as fire, flood, fatality or loss of heat with outside temperatures below 50 degrees must be reported to our emergency number – 866-283-1850 outside of the normal working hours, as soon as possible.  Please be sure to include a working phone number in making emergency reports.


  • Please take the time to familiarize yourself with your new neighborhood's parking procedures.  Many municipalities have strict policies and regulations such as permit parking, meters, street cleaning and more.
  • Also inquire about your street's garbage pickup days, times and laws.
  • Set up your new address with the USPS – very easily done on line.  Determine the location of mail pick up and drop off points.
  • There is a $40 charge for key replacement.
